China के President Xi Jinping ने हाल ही में Republic Day के अवसर पर भारत को शुभकामनाएँ देते हुए कहा कि India और China “friends and partners” हैं। यह बयान ऐसे समय में आया है जब दोनों देशों के रिश्ते पिछले कुछ वर्षों से border tensions और strategic distrust के कारण दबाव में रहे हैं।
